Hi everyone i hope you are all well upon reading this message. I arrived today in Cuzco, this is where the famous ruins and mountains of Macchu Picchu are. The Spanish family i lived with warned me about the altitude sickness. As soon as i came out of the airport it hits you in the lungs. I became short of breath, a little dizzy and i could feel my lungs tightening. I have been advised to take a rest before doing anything.
I am going to take a rest now and will update you all as the week goes on.
