I posted this earlier, but it didn't show up, apologies if it rocks up twice...
Delayed in posting challenge suggsetions, busy with work, then celebrations, our 1st Bajan GOLD won by our boy Braithwaite in Berlin!!!! YEAHBABY!!!
Thoughts on the challenge...(open to suggestions)...3 minutes of press ups/ push ups on camera, fitted vest, essential, lycra shorts, essential (sorry Dee - NOT)...background music, Shanks & Bigfoot - "Sweet Like Chocolate"....you are NOT allowed to laugh, no cheesy grin, nothing...sight of any of your pearly gnashers means the deal is off...& I can set another challenge...so, do you accept?? (caveat...if others have interesting suggestions, they may be added)..
