Hi everyone i hope you are all well upon reading this e-mail. I am bored to tears with this place. There is an unsettling atmosphere here which my six sense is picking up. The weekend gone i looked out of my window and just thought, there is nothing here of interest.
When i go to the super market, it is depressing how little they have on sale. What they do have in my opinion is not worth the money.
What is also frustrating is the apartment i have rented, the owner wishes to be paid in dollars. I have tried with the help of my cousin Mark to pay her in Dollars but the banks are saying they need a swift code or sort code in order for the payment to be made. The owner does not seem to have these details. If anyone has any ideas please speak up.
I am not feeling down just very very keen to move on. All i want for my last 5 months is the sun and the beach, i don't think that is too much to ask.
Take it from me when i say we were born and live in a great country. It is not until you travel for a while that you come to realize how good we have things in England.

Hi Don:
I think you could do it through an place for money exchange. Go to your cashier usual, get the amount in Bolivares and then you go to an place money exchange and change it for the equivalent in dollars. If in Maracaibo doesn´t have place for money exchange go to the airport, there is safe have a place for money exchange, at all airports in the world exist.
I hope this idea will be helpful.
Bless you and take care.
Hi honey. I am told the banks here in Maracaibo do not hold enough US dollars for the amount i require. Just another reason i need to get out of here. Thank you for your idea.
xxxxxxx
Let me get this straight, the landlord wants paying in US$ but is not giving you the info you need to do so? I don't mean to sound ignorant but if i'd be tempted to tell him unless he can sort his end out i.e correct sort code etc, then he gets paid the correct amount but in sterling end of. Get him to pull his finger out !!! The sooner your away from them deadbeats the better rudeboy....
My dear, if the banks don't have enough dollars, then it is because the management of the dollar there is very low, therefore I think that the man asking you is illegal.
It is a rather strange situation.
Good luck
Mr J all i needed was a swift code to make the transaction. I went to the bank this morning and asked for the swift code and was given it. I do not understand why she could not of done that in the first place.
Claudia that is the state of this country they are not able to supply me with the money i needed. Time to move on.
